No charge for any replacement equipment estimate/consultation. In the case of plumbing repairs, if another service company has provided you with a written estimate within the past 30 days on a specific repair, we will provide a second opinion on that specific repair. (A written diagnosis from the previous company may be requested before performing the inspection of the failed part.) If our opinion agrees with the original opinion, you won't be charged a diagnostic fee ($89 value); You will only be charged for the repair itself. Our vehicles are fully stocked, and most repairs can be made immediately. If you choose not to proceed with a repair from Falcon, you will be charged only our standard $89 diagnosis fee.
